Complex Sentence

Complex sentence is a sentence which has main clause and has one or more subordinate clause but connected by relative pronoun or conjunction. A complex sentence always has a subordinator such as because, since, after, although, or when (and many others)
Relative pronoun:
1.      Who          : Connect subordinate clause with subject
2.      Whom       : Connect subordinate clause with object.
3.      Which        : Connect subordinate clause with subject or object
4.      That           : Connect subordinate clause with subject or object
5.      Whose       : Connect subordinate clause with possessive thing.

Examples:
  1.   Tatik, who speaks English well, is the best student in the class.
  2.   Claura, whom John met yesterday, is a clever student.
  3.    He is the man that I saw yesterday.
  4.    After they finished their final project, Cynthia and Chara went to restaurant.
